Personal Information We Collect

Name, Address, Phone number, E-mail address, Credit card/debit Information, or any other financial information needed to complete a transaction upon your request.

Career and Professional Information

You will be asked to provide your company name, title, role, and other professional-related information.

User Information Collection and Consent

Summit National Peer Groups, Inc may collect, use, and disclose personal information such as credit/debit card information to initiate a common practice for transactions to take place between the company and its clients. To make ACH (automated clearing house) payments, we will collect your routing/ABA number, account number, and any additional information needed to complete a transaction. Transactions will occur solely between the person to whom the information relates and the company.

All personal information and data are secured through a third-party cloud-based service that uses up-to-date encryption algorithms and two-factor authentication to keep secure files safe.

Disclosures for Protection

All personal information may be accessed, preserved, or disclosed if deemed required or appropriate to (i) comply with law enforcement; (ii) protect our, your or customer rights, property, or wellbeing; (iii) to collect fees and amounts owed to us; (iv) when we believe disclosure is necessary to stop financial loss; or (v) if we, in good and honest conviction, believe that disclosure is otherwise necessary or prudent.
